When Massachusetts received funds from the American Recovery Plan Act to create new grant opportunities, the Office of Business Development (MOBD) team did not hesitate to support a partner agency with their micro business grant outreach. The primary targets were socially and economically disadvantaged groups, historically underrepresented groups, and underserved markets.
