Massachusetts Apprenticeship Expansion Program Case Study

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Expanded Employer Sponsor Participation Through Career Pathways Discussions

Governor Healey of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts set an ambitious goal of reaching 100,000 apprenticeships by 2036 in industries such as Construction, Health Care, Technology, Advanced Manufacturing, and Education. To support that effort, the Division of Apprentice Standards (DAS) Team adopted a career pathways approach to boost employer participation within priority industries in the established Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP).

This case study shows how EconoVue helps the DAS Apprenticeship Program accelerate employer outreach and engagement for expansion. Using its innovative Career Pathways visualization, EconoVue showcases opportunities that support long-term growth for both employers and employees.
